We founded Tastemakers Global with the aim to support local producers globally through innovative business practices, while giving our customers the experience of a lifetime.
Alexandria grew up in Northern California, in a small town which sparked her desire to learn more about the world outside of her hometown. She moved out of California to attend school at Arizona State University, excited to live in a new state.
After obtaining a degree in Business Communications, Alexandria began her career in the world of wine. She worked for Gallo Wine Company in a Sales and Marketing Role, where she not only continued to develop her passion, for business but also her passion for wine. She was given great opportunities to complete a Certified Specialist of Wine degree while working in corporate wine sales. However, Alexandria’s passion for travel led her to explore more of the world and leave the 9-5 back home in California. Through her travels, she has been passionate about exploring cultures and found that often the best way to do this is to dive into the flavors of a destination. Alexandria is currently pursuing a Sommelier Certification in order to further her education in the world of wine.
Raised in the foothills of Northern California’s Sierra Nevada mountains, Neil has always had a passion for exploring the world – from skiing the peaks to scuba diving in the seas. In 2016, Neil followed his heritage and has been living in his current home of Prague, Czech Republic where he entered the tourism industry as a tour guide throughout Prague and the Czech Republic.
Neil is an Eagle Scout and graduated with degrees in Communications Studies and Human Biology & Society from UCLA. He is currently an MSc candidate in Responsible Tourism Management with Leeds Beckett University. His broad experience in the industry includes operations management, program development, and marketing and communications. Currently, he is finding passion in utilizing responsible tourism concepts to further develop sustainability practices within the industry.
